These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the Dropsneak website and all purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

Customer, you, your – the person or entity purchasing goods from us.

We, us, our – SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED operating as Dropsneak.

Goods – any products offered for sale on our website.

Order – the request submitted by you to purchase goods from us.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

Additional terms may apply to promotions, discounts, giveaways, or special services and will be communicated where applicable.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts,
all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase goods from us.

The contract is only concluded once we send an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases involving:

product availability issues,
pricing or technical errors,
suspected fraudulent activity,
abuse of promotions or discounts.

5. Product Information & Availability

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate.

However, colors, materials, sizing, stitching, packaging, labels, or product details may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, international production standards, or supplier-related differences.

Products offered by Dropsneak are manufactured in Asia and distributed through international production and supply chains. Some products may originally have been produced for markets outside Europe.

Shoes and clothing may run smaller than standard European sizing. We generally recommend ordering one size larger for the best fit.

Availability information may change without notice.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through providers such as:

other supported payment methods

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery times of approximately 12–20 business days are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, logistics providers, weather conditions, holidays, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

8. Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their destination country.

Dropsneak and SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED are not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Returns and withdrawals are subject to our Return & Withdrawal Policy.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Returns must always be registered in advance via email.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Dropsneak website, including but not limited to:

logos
images
graphics
product designs
text
website elements
software and branding

is the property of SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

the use of our website,
delays in delivery,
third-party logistics providers,
supplier-related issues,
customs procedures,
or the use of purchased products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters,
pandemics,
wars,
strikes,
governmental actions,
customs delays,
logistics disruptions,
or supply chain interruptions.

13. Intermediary Role

Dropsneak operates primarily as an intermediary sales platform.

Products are processed, stored, packed, and shipped by independent suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, or logistics partners.

SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED and Dropsneak are generally not in permanent physical possession of the goods offered for sale.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that shipping and logistical handling are carried out by third-party partners.

14. Account & Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
