SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Dropsneak online store. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment verification. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or delayed, customers will be notified by email as soon as possible.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, customs procedures, and destination country.
Our standard estimated delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
External circumstances such as customs inspections, logistics delays, weather conditions, holidays, or international transport disruptions may extend shipping times.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer tracked shipping for all orders.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, and shipping method.
In selected cases, free shipping promotions may be offered directly on the website or during checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Tracking updates may only become visible once the parcel reaches the destination country or the local logistics network.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or additional local taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Dropsneak and SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local authorities.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact:
within 48 hours after delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and may provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Multiple Shipments
Depending on stock availability and warehouse locations, orders may be shipped in separate packages.
Each parcel may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different dates.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Courier delays or strikes
- Severe weather conditions

Products are processed, stored, packed, and shipped by external suppliers, fulfillment centers, or logistics partners.
As a result, Dropsneak and SPORTSWEAR & CO LIMITED are generally not in permanent physical possession of the goods.
